Station hotel Carlisle.

Liked: Staff were mostly fantastic and welcoming. Good room and warm.
Disliked: The bar price list did not reflect the real prices. When I raised the issue, the bar person said they knew.????When I asked to take it further, the last was removed. I didn't then take it further as I was on a celebration and did not want to overshadow the evening. I think this is very poor!!

Liked: Proximity to train station and shops. The staff very extremely friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Comfy bed and lots of space.

Disliked: The room radiator didn't work and we needed 2 electric heaters to warm the place up. The bathroom radiator did work but had been switched off As a guest I expect the room to be warm when I arrive

Liked: I thought the breakfast was cold. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the room was cold. Breakfast was cold. Sure was cold overall not that impressed.
Disliked: As stated breakfast could’ve been better. The parking facilities is not a secured parking plus you have to pay for parking a new Motorbike was just somebody sitting on a camera.
