Liked: Really nice hotel. Good location; easy parking; friendly staff; clean and comfortable rooms. We will stay there again and book through ConcertHotels.com!

Liked: The area is very nice.
Disliked: The room they gave me. Also the main building looks pretty but the low unit where I was looks in need of restoration. Also there where 3 bulbs broken and room looks very dark.

Up to the expectations

Liked: I like very much Oak Park and Pleasant Street, the holtel is nicely located 30 minutes away from ORD International airport and 30 minutes far from the customers i usually visit.

Property could use some competition...

Liked: Location is great, walkable to all the sights, shops, and restaurants of Oak Park.
Disliked: Property is old and needs some TLC. Hallway corridors hadn't been vacuumed in some time. Woodwork is nicked in many places. Staffing shortage meant no daily housekeeping. Staff wasn't very pleasant about our late checkout request.
