Liked: Walter was a lovely and attentive host. Will book some days next yr for much longer.The property is very picturesque the cottage is homely, quaint and full of character and charm.Wonderfully serene and surrounded by an orchard and forest. Shower had good pressure, the bed and sofa bed very comfy. Light through the verandah is beautiful in the morning. The cottage is tucked away from the main road which helps with privacy. 10/10 birthday experience.
Disliked: Kind of windy roads but to be expected going up the mountain.

A serene rural getaway to let you truly breathe

Liked: We were so grateful to be able to travel with our (diabetic) dog beyond the Melbourne environs for a wedding locally, and having such a serene and cosy little haven added real character to our weekend away. Gypsy was mesmerised by all the smells of the adjacent grounds, and getting to meet one of the horses the next morning was the most beautiful way to end our stay.
Disliked: The windy local roads to get there remind you youre truly getting away from it all and require some careful driving.
