Excellent hotel, great staff and...

Liked: Very convenient location, clean, friendly staff. Exactly what we were looking for
Disliked: Only complaint is that property was generally too warm, we switched our heater off the minute we got in and left it off the duration of our stay, but property being warm isn’t always a bad thing and understand they also have to think about other guests comfort

Liked: Location is perfect. Close to the metro around nice neighbourhood. Bed is quite comfy place is clean. Stuff was friendly. Good for weekend stay. I got a single room close to reception where the bathroom is small. Like super small. You can sit on the toilet, wash your hands and take a shower at the same time. It doesn't affect my stay but if you are a bigger person you might have a problem fitting in.
Disliked: The bed is close to the window and unfortunately, window has some gaps here and there so you can feel the air from the outside on your back while resting. Not so cool. Because the room was close to the entrance when someone was smoking outside you could feel it inside the room.

Disliked: For some reason, not experienced when staying before, the bed would move away from headboard, maybe some casters on feet of bed would sort it.

Liked: We loved how close it was to Hyde Park, the Metro and the trains. Breakfast was fulfilling
Disliked: we came in January and there was no heat in our room, they 'tried' to fix it and we survived but the shower situation sucked and was one of the worst we ever had. We were on the third floor and there was plenty of cold water but try and have a luke warm shower in winter....brutal. no water pressure and no heat. It was the worst part of our day

Disliked: Stairs up to the forth floor rooms, were difficult with luggage or after a hard days sightseeing around London
