Very bad experience. Don’t recommend...

Disliked: Dust (couldn’t sleep because of the cough, achy eyes and constant sneezing), the photos didnt match the real look (especially bathroom), breakfast very limited, cold (leaking window)

Liked: The location is good. The breakfast is enough (egg, butter, croissant, juice, bread, cheese). Staff was kind (especially Jessica was very helpful at our first day).
Disliked: I could hear every but every voice in room 5 (Iwas at room 4). The cough the whisper and everything. I know the buildings are old at that neighbourhood but youcan but polimer insulations, they are not so expensive. If they had it my visit would very good and I would choose the hotel again. But I think I wont stay there again, just because of this reason. And also there was a smell in bathroom but it was not so strong. It could be fixed by fixing the broken air aparatus.

If we will be back...

Liked: Awesome position, near paddington, Queensway and bayswater tube station. Near restaurants and supermarkets. Few steps away from Hyde park. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms are tiny but clean and the bed was too soft.
