Liked: Great location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff.Only downside was the bedroom was cold at night. There was a plug-in heater but I didn't really want that running while I slept. I did warm up eventually about half way through the night, but was sleeping in my jumper.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal, right in the centre of Cardiff
Disliked: The decor is a little dated and the old school lightbulbs do flicker as you turn them on.
