Disliked: Expensive and datedWindows rattled in the wind Car park was outside of hotel and sat nav takes you via a bus lane so you get a ticket in and out . Browns bar £14.00 a glass of wine . There are better places to stay than here and you get no response regarding any refund from the Marriott

Liked: Breakfast was pleasant altho when we checked in we weren’t told timings . Car park timings were not told to us either , only that we had to validate the ticket on leaving .

Pleasant

Liked: Good location, close to the train station Cardiff Central, spacious room and large bathroom, heating worked well for winter, large TV. Was also able to check-in early as the room was ready.
Disliked: At this price point, wifi should be free and accessible without having to sign up as a member or pay. The bathroom could be updated and the tap in the bathroom sink is placed awkwardly so it is difficult to wash hands. The water pressure is also tricky to control. Whilst not in the hotel’s control, guests coming in late at night can be loud in the corridors so a good idea to use ear plugs. Despite this, staff were good and good location.
