Liked: The property was super clean, unique, and in such a great area. It was in walking distance to so many different restaurants and overlooking the Mississippi River…sooo beautiful! It looks so magical at night seeing the bridge from the window and such a picturesque view of the sunrise. The parking garage is right across the street and there was valet. The decor and room setup was very modern and unique. I loved the bathroom! Soo nice and a super nice overhead shower attachment! Big mounted tvs was a plus, very comfy, big beds, and my most favorite part was the CRUSHED ICE MACHINE on every floor!!! I’m addicted to crushed ice! I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone! I’m from Memphis and this staycation was awesome! 10/10!

Great time on Beale Street

Liked: Perfect location. Very close to Beale Street.
Disliked: No coffee in the rooms and no shuttle service.

Decent enough for one night....

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be. Room was quiet for outside noise. They did provide enough pillows and towels, which often is an issue.
Disliked: Parking was awful. It is downtown, but I expected more options than $40 valet and paying for a parking garage. It would’ve been nice to have a place to park to check in, and unload luggage. Room was stuffy, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. There’s breakdown of the tile and mold in the shower. There wasn’t any hand soap. You could hear the people in the room next to you pretty easily.

Great for the weekend!

Liked: My room was comfortable and had the necessities that I needed for the weekend. I loved the shower; it was more spacious than I thought it would be. The food was also great, especially since I only ate breakfast and lunch.
Disliked: My only complaint is that I thought my room would have a coffee maker so I could use hot water without having to go downstairs, but I could also have read the description wrong.

Memphis Trip

Liked: Location to attractions was fantastic. Parking garage across the street, $12 per day.Very modern hotel, clean and easily accessible. Staff were friendly and professional. Would stay again.
