Liked: The inside walls were freshly painted. The ac worked great. The fridge was very clean
Disliked: The room was gross dirty! I have picturesThe staff were rude!If I could have afforded to get another room while disputing this charge I would have!!!I paid extra for a "well-equipped kitchen" that had ONE FORK and a single skillet. I had to go buy utensils to use and a pot, which I left there so maybe the next guest won't get yelled at that the cooking utensils are for employees only. The first room they tried to set us up in, the tub water wouldn't shut off and he thought that was fine? "Just let it run"They tried to set someone else in that room and I got to watch that guy have a shouting match with them in the parking lot. The second room had a much nicer bathroom despite me having to clean someone else's hair off the shower wall? The stove top was crusty and rusty (I have pictures)The floors felt like they had never been swept or mopped. There were drips in the living room and bathroom. There was black mold on the bathroom blinds and the towels were all stained.For the price I would've accepted ill repaired, but not how dirty this was.

Disliked: I was put in a room that was located directly behind the office. The room had a water damaged floor as soon as you stepped in and it was filthy. I stayed at this location before(a different room) and it was in much better condition and seemed like the people who ran it actually cared. Not sure if management or ownership has changed but I will no longer consider Captains Quarters for any future stays in P.O.C. In my opinion it was a complete embarrassment that this room was even available to be stayed in for $120 a night. I did not stay the 2 nights I had booked and was grateful to have other accommodations available. Had accommodations not been available, I would have been much happier staying in my car rather than spend $250 for 2 nights at this dump. Book at your own risk!!!
