Disliked: No person in reception and had to call a phone number to get room number and make payment. Pool area had not been mowed and looked untidy. There was obviously tree damage recently, but the fallen/cut wood left hanging over onto the traffic area made driving and parking difficult. Facilities were not as described. No room service.

Tired but good overall.

Liked: Decent sized room, has microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, TV, hair dryer, plates/glasses/utensils, large shower, mirrors etc. - everything you need for a few days stay - all of that is great. Near town centre. Friendly staff. For all of these reasons it's worth staying again and the stay was appreciated.
Disliked: Beds saggy... could do with renewal or a lift somehow. Sheets very rough - almost like painter's canvas. Carpet old and tired - but overall similar to other motels in Yarrawonga really. It wouldn't take much to overhaul the room.Room was not made-up and coffee/tea/sugar not replaced at all during our 4 night stay - for me personally that is a let-down. I'd rather be paying $5 more but have these extra sachets. I understand it's a weekend but surely that accounts for the majority of all motel bookings and shouldn't be an excuse to guests. Trying to be honest in my review for real feedback.
