Pleasant

Liked: The location and the price was most appealing. My reservation was made a few hours before arrived so I was happy to get a room.
Disliked: The elevator didn't work and my room was at the top floor. There was a windstorm that night and the reinforced doors on dumpster shelter bangged loudly all night. I had to leave a security deposit which has not yet credited back to my card.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated .Very nice room with alot of space. We would stay there again. We got a great rate because it was last minute.

Liked: Comfy beds and clean rooms
Disliked: The free breakfast used to be large and amazing and now it’s just a simple waffle and the basics of a continental breakfast. I was disappointed in that change.

Liked: Very clean and up to date. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The price is good.
Disliked: The elevator didn’t work at that time but they offered free parking and free breakfast for that stay.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: All the staff I encountered with were all very helpful and nice. The front desk girl, Estrella, was very polite and tried as much to help. I loved that there was always tea and coffee available in the lobby
Disliked: The main reason i didn’t like my stay was because the elevator was not working. And we got a room on the 3rd floor. So it was a hassle to go up and down the stairs especially with our luggage.

Disliked: The only two things I didn’t like was that we didn’t have a coffe maker at the room and water bottles in the fridge. Other than that everything was great .
