Disliked: Lot stuff outside like cleaning supplies and also the parking. i didn't understand why a hotel would charge the customer to park in the hotels parking lot

Liked: The room was a good size and there was a free breakfast... The staff was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly! Ask for a top floor room...
Disliked: I did not like that we had to pay extra for parking, and it wasn't cheap! The sheets on the bed kept coming loose/off the bed at night. The breakfast was something to tide you over but - no yogurt or fruit. We were on the third floor and there was a very loud (sounded like a bowling team) family staying above us on the fourth floor. Two of the days we were there, there was police activity?!??!

Disliked: There was always a long line at the front deskThe iron didn’t work and we had to wait 20 minutes to speak with staffs. Then they stated they will bring it to our room after 10:30PMThere were lot of hairs in our pillows when we first checking into the room
