Liked: Clean room super nice front desk Staff they were super helpful and helped offer to replace my charger I had lost right before I left.

The friendliest customer service staff...

Liked: The staff at this location always makes us feel welcome. Luz, in particular, remembers us every time we check in. The kitchen staff during breakfast is amazing also. They are friendly and attentive when something runs out. The pillows are the best I’ve slept on. I’m a side sleeper and the pillows are supportive and help me sleep well.
Disliked: This location is a close to Harbor Blvd so there is some noise. I keep the tv on at low volume and that helps me sleep.
