Adequate infrastructure, good price

Liked: Great price and availability. Friendly staff, Laura was very nice. Check in was easy and quick. Room was ok , carpet is worn out and has some spots worn through. There was a couple pieces of garbage left from prior guest/housekeeping and the edges of the floor have dust/dirt collected against the wall. The windows are either overspray with paint or stained so the sunset view is obstructed. The showerhead is worn out and has a calcium build up restricting shower pressure/weak flow but more than adequate hot water. The bathroom light is very dim . The mattress was much softer i prefer and seems to be more firm at the foot of the bed , not turned often and used a lot? No spare blankets. The A/C works GREAT!TV and options were also good. Fridge cold . The building appears to be old and could use some maintenance but adequate enough that for the price I would stay there again. Free breakfast was decent.

Liked: This was a decent hotel for the price we paid. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I had read reviews that having their pool and hot tub clean and available was important to them. They advertised that they had them on their outside sign. And yet when we checked in the pool and hot tub were closed. The sign on the counter that stated this looked like it had been there quite awhile. There also was quite a gap between the tub and floor in our room.
