Liked: Perfect location! Quiet area. Very close to public transport
Disliked: I was charged 54 euros for the city tax (as stated on the reservation). At the checkout they forced me to pay 8 euros more claiming that the price increased while we were there. I want a refund

Family vacation

Liked: The rooms are big enough for family of 4. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Not so friendly staff. They are ok and kinda clear with instructions but i expected to be more welcoming.

Liked: We have stayed in other Fraser places and have never been disappointed. Seemed like a safe neighborhood and it was walkable to most places. It was actually more centrally located than you might think! Quiet, esp in the bedroom. The living room was a tad bit noisier due to hall noise. We made a simple supper one night. Plenty of cooking utensils. Breakfast was good. Another coffee machine would have been nice, but they know that. Laundry was great! We would have stayed longer, but come Monday, the rates went up tho they still had rooms available. Oh, well, we got to experience another hotel.
Disliked: We actually wished for a coffee table. No kidding.

Disliked: Small nature of the property resulted in the lack of some amenities.

A good family hotel with...

Liked: The hotel looks nice and has all kinds of facilities, including kids room, gym, laundry. The room was quite spacious, nice kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. Breakfast was tasty, not huge buffet, but enough to get various meals and drinks. The location of the hotel is nice, you can get around by walking but also the public transport is very close.
Disliked: Even though the hotel looks like fresh, some things still need to be taken care of. For example, the water didn’t drain fast enough in the sink in the bathroom, the shower head was broken and water sprinkled on the sealing. There was also some black mold in the shower. The main bed was not very comfortable, but the sofa - was nice for sleeping.
