Disliked: For a 100 million dollar building the lobby could use a redo! But that is not why you stay at this fabulous place.

Relaxing few days

Liked: Great location and beach
Disliked: Some apartments are very out of date, but some are beautiful

Capri stay

Liked: The accommodations were clean and felt safe. It was quiet and peaceful . It was very comfortable. Easy process. The view was spectacular. I will be recommending it to others as well as coming back !
Disliked: Prefer my deliveries be brought to my doorstep but appreciate the extra bit of safety.

Passable

Liked: The front office staff was amazing. But the building staff extremely annoying. We went into town and my 15 year old stayed in condo. We got back and she was sleeping in the room and someone had come in and left a black umbrella on the table. Owners next door constantly complainting that they smell smoke and harassing us about smoking in the building. WE DIDN'T SMOKE in the building. And no air conditioning. It would have been nice to know before putting 1500 down payment. 3000 and no ac was crazy to me. Tell people!! That's why they require down payment first non refundable. So be aware of that bait and switch.
Disliked: First day we're in the pool and get a call we're smoking in building and we're not even in the building. The pool is off the property. All with cameras and we clearly were not even there. So they could go in room and see it wasn't us. But then a second time while I'm sleeping in the room they come knocking. They asked my kids if they were smoking. I'm the only smoker and I was taking a nap and walked outside off property every single time I smoked. So it's starting to feel like I can't have a good time because I feel they're up to something. I did lose a key tho. They wanted to charge 250.00. I feel all their harassing over something I wasn't doing is a charge to them. So 250.00 I guess can make us even. Even tho I don't find it even.

Liked: Location. Full ocean view. Pretty clean except grungy grout and sealant in bathroom.
Disliked: No AC. I didn’t even think to ask I just assumed a unit in Southern California would have AC.

Overall, we loved our stay....

Liked: Location, close to our kids in LaJolla
Disliked: The bathroom needs updating and the BIG stain in the middle of the carpet needs cleaning.

Booking sucks but the place...

Liked: Good place, close to everything
Disliked: Booking is the worst. They forgot to send me the emails to check in so we had to find a hotel for a family of 5 at 1:00am and I slept I. The car and booking refused to pay for the crap hotel. They wouldn’t even help me find a hotel to stay in, I will never book with booking again.
