Terrible stay. Will not return.

Liked: Good parking
Disliked: Charged for parking even though the website said complimentary parking. No ac in the room. Room was too hot. Had to sleep with the window open all night and listen to tons of loud traffic. Pillows sucked. No hot water. No one to serve us at the restaurant.

Disliked: Paying for a parking in the place that I've already paid to occupy is beyond absurd unless you have a valet parking system in place.

Disliked: First when I got there they added all kinds of fees I was not aware of then said the elevator is broke and the sliding door to the hotel is down get up to the room and on my way to the room everything is old and out dated paint doesn’t match and missing everywhere got in the room the ac/heater did not work it was stuck in heat mode so I dealt with that all week the cabinets were swollen from moisture and couldn’t hardly open the MINI fridge and I mean mini smallest 1 I have ever seen go to get the coffee ready for the next morning and there was mold growing inside the pot and into the pot room service never worked the app didn’t function properly then I go down there and they were close that day phones in the room didn’t work beds were very old and wore out as the entire room was as well needs remodel the entire property need maintained and renovated breakfast was never open all week I will tell people to run in the opposite direction this place is way over ranked on booking website

Disliked: The room had cigarette tobacco on sink, the coffee maker was old cheap and didn't work the toilet was low and loose the lighting was terrible and furniture old as well ad the bed and the fountain in the lobby was disgusting for starters
