Disliked: No microwave or fridge in rooms

Liked: Accomodations were wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were under the impression parking was free but got charged $10.

The price was right, but...

Liked: Did not eat breakfast, sign said breakfast buffet was $15 dollars even though the booking said breakfast was included. Went to a Denny's in Kingdom City instead.
Disliked: Checked in around 4pm and the room wasn't ready, the lady at the desk was accommodating and said we could leave our luggage. We left our luggage and returned to our room after a football game at around midnight. When we got to our room the door was unlocked and the beds unmade. We went to the desk and they gave us a different room. Upon entering the bathroom a small bug ran across the floor. The beds were made but didn't look too crisp. being exhausted I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets.

Liked: We had to cut our 2 night stay a day early due to a family emergency. No refund issued.

Very outdated and not clean.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: There was black mold on the ceiling tiles or our room and food and trash was left out in hallway next to us Friday night and it was still there when we left Sunday morning.
