Liked: Location.
Disliked: Rooms were not ready, even after I was phoned and told they were. Pre-arrangements were made so that a group of high school students would be on the same floor and upon arrival this was not an option. As a teacher, I was responsible for a group of 12 high school students and was nervous with them spread over 4 floors. The staff at the front desk were very unprofessional and by no means friendly!

Between the location, staff, cleanliness...

Liked: I love that the staff is always helpful and friendly. The beds are so comfortable and clean. It’s a few blocks away from the White House. All in all an amazing place to stay whether you’re traveling alone for work like myself or there to see the sites with your family.

The perfect place for touring...

Liked: Large spacious rooms, perfect location, & great food.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarette smoke a bit.

Could have been better

Liked: room 641 the breakfast was not really good I ask for my eggs to be over easy and they came backwell done the yoke was cook all the way thru. not what I ask for.
Disliked: They park my car 3 to 4 blocks away and I thought they had parking on the site, plus I had to pay $90.00when I thought parking was included for the customers.
