Disliked: The room was dirty there was crap all over the toilet. There was no hot water. Had cigarette burns in the sheets.

Awful hotel. I made a reservation and when I got to the hotel, the dude yelled at me saying no vacancy and I kept showing him my reservation. And he just kept yelling at me to leave. Then, the following day, I find out from my credit card company they tried to run my card without me even staying there! Piece of c**p hotel.

I would like my money back - I did not even stay there. Room was filthy. I had booked it through Concert Hotels for 2 queen beds for $98. I ended up paying $113 for one bed. My friends and I were told only one person could stay the night in there or the police would be called. A gun was held to my chest and I was threatened by the employee and told "get the hell out".

Disliked: More expensive than booked; only 1 bed instead of 2 like I reserved.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: This is my first negative review ever. The room smells cigarettes. The bedspread had many burned holes. The furniture was broken, the telephone doesn’t work, the isn’t Wi-Fi, the tv didn’t work, there’s no hair dryer, the shower curtain was dirt, the bathroom door didn’t close. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel safe. I use the night stand to look the front door, what’s was a good thing, someone tried to open my bedroom door twice.

Liked: there was a bed in there,the heater works, the shower was hot, the toilet works and the price was okay. it did have a mini fridge.
Disliked: No room phone to call the front desk for assistance had to walk downstairs the TV was too difficult to operate. it kept blocking the screen asking for a log in that i didn't have. the clerk came to my room to assist. after a while i just turned off the TV and went asleep. Too many steps and remotes, no coffee, no phone. And too tired to complain any more. it was very quiet however.

Disliked: Leaked when raining. So 2 big wet spots on the carpet. Wi-fi didn't work. TV to difficult to figure out with 2 remotes. Mattress was wrapped in plastic. So it was very noisey

Disliked: Super dirty, box springs and mattresses were super brown, all drawers of dresser and nightstands had inappropriate writing inside. Wifi wasn’t working, tv wasn’t working.
