Liked: The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Cynthia was very professional and assisted us with changing our checkout date and submitting a request for refund to Booking.com
Disliked: I only have a complaint with Booking .com. After requesting Booking.com to change our checkout date (5 days before the check-in date) and Surfside Inn agreeing to change the check-out date, waive the cancellation fee and refund the money - Booking.com has; a week later, kept our money for the cancelled day. Surfside Inn has done everything to provide excellent customer service. I cannot say the same for Booking.com.
