Liked: It was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I had to say something about my rooms A/C. It ran but wouldn’t cool the room off below 73 degrees. It was fixed while my wife and I were out (the next day) and then I lost access to my room. I went to get another digital key, but the system wasn’t working. I had to use a key card and that finally worked. The staff was accommodating and professional, but I was quite miserable for my first nights stay until I figured out the A/C wasn’t working.

Disliked: Rooms were dirty and lots of items need to be tighten. The grout is dirty, handle to rm 2014 shower is loose. The maid didn’t pick up the iron and iron board. Etc… the room smelled like chorine and we were not by the pool. The room was hot and it was 54 degrees outside and the a/c was off. ???

Liked: The pool was nice however amenities like cabanas or seats other than pool lounge were reserved and I never saw anyone in them. It gave a vibe of you can’t use it I did not enjoy as a Black American
Disliked: A couple members of staff took requests I made for information or service as if it were an imposition
