Liked: excellent value room and lodgings. super clean and well maintained. daily housekeeping. parking just outside room. breakfast buffet had a short list of frequently chosen breakfast foods and beverages. a moderate walk or a short drive into the busy active section of town. would definitely choose to stay with cape colony over more expensive or lesser quality lodgings in the busy active section of town. highly recommend.

Liked: from the beginning?This stay was a nightmare Was told the pool would be open because it was heated it wasn't, Requested a special dispensation for the Shower as I have a disability, They provided that but what they didn't provide was information that they had no Elevator. Seventy year old people should not be dragging bags up several flight's of Stairs, It was forty three degrees when we arrived and there was no heat in the room and no one explained how to make it work????? a gift bag was promised which we never received. And the breakfast was just continental , coffee and some muffins nothing special. I must.Report the caveat That after we Reported all of this to the management.It was immediately fixed By giving.Us a complete refund. I hope.Our stay alerted The management as to what improvements should be made.????? In.My opinion start by removing the person at the front desk.They are not cut out for this kind of work. We fully plan to return to provincetown And we will stay there again And hopefully the improvements will be in place.
Disliked: Not being Told there was no elevator. Not being told how to operate the heater in the room. Not being given the first floor automatically knowing we had a disability.
