Very good

Liked: It's a beautiful new Hotel. The water park and arcade are a kids, and some adults, paradise . The rooms are nice . I loved the bathroom.
Disliked: The outside doors were unlocked so anyone could access where the guest rooms are. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The coffee maker didn't brew hot coffee.

Disliked: I didn't like that I couldn't check in early for my kid to play. The place was empty.

Liked: It was new and clean. That was nice.
Disliked: I don’t even know where to begin. Between the loud church service they were having on the courtyard (which I paid extra for a premium view and all we saw was a giant plastic white tent covering the entire court yard) until 10pm that literally was shaking our windows so loud. We had a 8 old with us that was exhausted but was kept up by the loudness. Or the fact that two main slides at the water park were closed but they still charged us full price. Or maybe it was the fact that they didn’t tell us about either of these things when we checked in or bought passes for the water park and we had to find out ourselves. We got kicked out of the hot tub after 5 minutes so they could “treat it” in the middle of a busy day. It just wasn’t worth the money and wasn’t an experience I would recommend or spend that amount of money on again.

Disliked: That half of the rides closed at the water park

I was sold a false...

Disliked: I was sold a room / paid for a room with a jacuzzi and a fireplace my room had neither . Then they blamed it on old pictures on the website . I feel ripped off honestly , there are 100’s of rooms in Massachusetts without a fireplace or jacuzzi . I booked a two floor suite strictly for these two romantic features . My room had neither

Some limitations during Maintenance

Liked: We liked the location, the ability to get food nearby, like, Dunkin.Donuts, Mike's Pizza and Gannons.The outdoor pool was nice, although the website said heated pool and it wasn't .The arcade helped to pass some time.Thr Water Park was nice one evening but closed the other 2 days for maintenance.
Disliked: There is no on-site place to sit and eat. They had a small complimentary breakfast area but no juices. There is more maintenance happening than we thought. They said it would be done by Oct.The pool said heated online but it wasn't. My grandson liked it.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved the new rooms, which don't have carpet.

Poor

Liked: It was under construction not safe for my kids.
Disliked: A lot of things weren’t available due to construction
