Comfortable well kept room, good...

Liked: The staff are absolutely amazing. Very good value for the money and lovely having a restaurant adjacent.
Disliked: The tile that they have surrounded the pool and hot tub with is not anti skid flooring…it is extremely slippery and I came so close to wiping out as soon as I stepped into the pool room. I actually pulled a muscle and if not for my bf, would have fallen. That is not the kind of tile for that purpose. It is like a sheet of ice when wet. Also, the sauna does not work. We turned it on when we first entered the pool area and 45 minute later it was still barely warm.

Liked: The pool was great. The rooms were excellent. The staff I interacted with were all very inviting and great customer service.
Disliked: The schmittys restaurant and lounge were terrible. We walked in, and no one greeted us. And no one asked to serve us. They weren't too busy. But obviously, they didn't want to serve us.
