Exceptional

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, plenty of parking space, large room with kitchen.
Disliked: the thermostat did not work

Great value

Liked: The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. Our visit was in the office season so I was not surprised by this
Disliked: Housekeeping was very loud in the hallways

No hot water killed it...

Liked: No hot water killed it for me. In the morning I mentioned there was no hot water, staff mentioned we should’ve let them know yesterday because we just need to run more water! I ran it for 15 minutes before giving up and going to bed wet and cold and no shower. If it’s that much of a known problem, they should’ve warned us or install a recirc pump! Overall not happy and will not stay here again!
