Great location, but some issues

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, right outside the Milan Central Station. Breakfast was good too. However, during our stay we had problems with the hot water in our shower in the mornings and had to call reception to fix it.The lift is another issue - there’s only one, it’s very small and slow, and you often have to wait a long time. It also only goes up to the 8th floor, so if you’re on the 9th floor like we were, you need to use the stairs.Our room was spacious and okay, but the bathroom needs an upgrade, and the overall room cleanliness could be improved. The price wasn’t cheap, and given all these issues encountered during our stay, I would recommend looking for other alternatives.

Liked: The rooms are under renovation. Very nice design and comfortable staying. The stuff was very helpful and at your disposal 24/7. Excellent experience.

Disliked: The second day cleaning staff came in the room w/o me having the sign upThey cleaned the room while we were having BF in resturantThey did not clean the room well, didn't make the bed nicely, and didn't change shower matLastly the staff wouldn't touch our luggage, we had to load and unload four times ourselves which was a bit peculiar

Disliked: One hour was spent sorting out a problem with the room they gave to me. This was at midnight after arriving from a 5-hour train journey. I was told that the manager would be there the next day at 8:00 am, but he did not show up!. I was waiting 30 minutes because the receptionist told me that "he will be here in 10 minutes," but no one came!.
