Excellent staff, comfortable but not...

Disliked: Almost $900 per night is too steep. Most of my text messages from my bedroom did not go through, as well as my Snaps to my family, who worried about me when I wasn't "responding to them."

Liked: Location is walkable.
Disliked: Front desk staff is incompetent. They send out texts and emails stating they are available for any questions, you respond twice, and silence from desk staff. The room was available early (3:30pm) yet they blamed the fact that digital key prevented the text from going out. The digital key was released when I asked at 4:05 pm why I never received a notice. I am Honors Gold and considering the average night paid was $750+, I will never stay nor recommend this place.
