Liked: Location is walkable.
Disliked: Front desk staff is incompetent. They send out texts and emails stating they are available for any questions, you respond twice, and silence from desk staff. The room was available early (3:30pm) yet they blamed the fact that digital key prevented the text from going out. The digital key was released when I asked at 4:05 pm why I never received a notice. I am Honors Gold and considering the average night paid was $750+, I will never stay nor recommend this place.

Overall the stay was lovely...

Liked: There was a lot to love- comfortable beds, wonderful shower and toiletries, very clean, great views, extremely attentive and helpful front desk staff. Also loved the ride service to downtown area. Breakfast was also delicious. Mike, the bartender at Treehouse, was also very attentive.
Disliked: Absolutely LUDICROUS valet charges. Insulting actually. To pay just under $500 for a one night stay and then $49 (w/ tax) for overnight parking is absolute robbery. And to top it off, it took 11 minutes for valet to retrieve my car and somehow hand me the wrong keys still. It is the sole reason that despite enjoying our stay, I would not return. Also the 20% surcharge made service staff extremely comfortable with not providing timely service. The daytime bartender Saturday at Treehouse, a woman whose name I can’t recall— who not only did not greet us for several minutes— had a sticky bar, and poured a weak drink (we did not want a strong drink, just a regular vodka-soda, but she under-poured and under-iced, thus making it almost all mixer. Her attitude wasn’t great but since we would’ve topped 20% regardless, it is what it is.
