Excellent service. Beautiful room and great location. Expensive for 3p.m. check in and 11a.m. check out.

Liked: Location, service and decor.
Disliked: Loud slamming heavy doors all through the night.

Liked: Staff were great, location was great
Disliked: I believe I booked a full river view and was given a room that was a partial view. Breakfast/ coffee was not included in the stay and there was a 75 dollar charge before receiving room key. Not sure if this was a deposit? But haven’t seen it come back to my bank account.

The best stay Excellent Staff...

Liked: From first contact with Ronnie who gives excellent customer service . She was the same everyday we seen her. The room was nice and clean. The hotel looks amazing. Everything was great.
Disliked: It was nothing to complain about

Liked: In town for a concert at the Anthem. Canopy is located just around the corner about 2 blocks from the venue. It’s a fun area along the wharf.
