I loved our stay!

Liked: This is my favorite place to stay in Bethesda because of the location.
Disliked: The staff is a little bored/uninterested. Breakfast was below expectations

Horrible service and fraudulent employees

Disliked: Terrible staff that is not truthful when conducting business. They cancelled our reservation after I made the booking and informed the hotel that I would be checking in late. Upon our arrival they told us we were a “ no show” and charged us for the booking even though we showed up at the time we told the hotel we would arrive at. They told us we could book another date for an additional charge and they wouldn’t give us a refund. Even after I showed my email confirmation and proof of the arrival time, they blatantly refused to acknowledge their mistake. It’s a shame that the Hilton brand employs dishonest staff that doesn’t know how to provide quality customer service. Will never book with this hotel chain again. What they did was fraud.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location near restaurants and shops in a walkable center. The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in lady and the valet manager were excellent, so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing
