We has a 5 star...

Liked: Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar was excellent. Valet service worked well.
Disliked: Nespresso machine in room, preferred K pods. Real coffee not readily available. Had to go to restaurant each morning. TAXES, extra fees (Otro service fee?) Surge pricing at valet. Email said I'd pay $55 and I was charged $62. I had to show email to get it corrected.
