Liked: The hotel was very nice with a modern design. I really liked the lobby. Room was clean and all the amenities were great. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: The property is beautiful and immaculately clean. The hotel staff was amazing, truly everyone was so helpful and kind. I mentioned that it was my partner and i’s anniversary and we were so happy to see macarons, wine cocktails and a lovely card set up in our room when we arrived. The card had 2 women on the front which really was a lovely touch and made us feel incredibly welcome! Our room was quite large and had everything we needed—the beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to hang clothes, store suitcases etc. we also loved the convenience of having a water/ice machine on our floor and the 2 glass bottles in our room. Valet service was convenient and timely as well.
Disliked: Overall we loved our stay, but the sliding bathroom door was a bit cumbersome and didn’t fully close so it wasn’t as…private as it should be lol. We could’ve also used another lamp or two as the room was a bit dark, but entryway and bathroom mirror lights were nice and bright. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the $40/day valet (all attendants were prompt and professional!) we just didn’t realize valet was mandatory. We did visit during the winter and drove up during a snowstorm having to use the valet did end up being very convenient. Aside from these minor things we would still give this hotel 5 stars! Impersonal stay at major city...

Liked: It was easy to see the touristy spots of Portland from this location
Disliked: Check in staff member was miserable! Surly and disregarding of us as people. We didn’t come into contact with any other staff member, the whole hotel is a bit impersonal, but I suppose that is what the Hilton Brand kinda stands for. The shower was pretty fabulous though;)
