Disliked: No facilities nothing to do. Very small for the price over priced.

Disliked: It's a Hilton hotel, with as much charm as a Hilton hotel. We thought that this would be more boutiquey but it was just a bland Hilton hotel. Nothing worth recommending.

It was decent

Liked: The aesthetics of the property were very nice.
Disliked: We stayed on the second floor and the noise outside was very annoying. We heard someone screaming outside all night. Then at 6am someone decided to rehearse a drum solo somewhere. The valet guy with the beard got disrespectful with friends of ours who were staying at the hotel when he tried to park. The service at the bar in the hotel was horrendous. The lobby furniture needs replaced. Stains all over the furniture.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Philadelphia! The staff were amazing—from the front desk to the bar and breakfast team, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The location is excellent, with everything close by, including plenty of great dining options. The hotel's decor is beautiful and modern, and the rooms are equally impressive—spacious, well-decorated, and thoughtfully arranged to be both practical and comfortable. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Philadelphia!

Nice hotel in great location…a...

Liked: It smelled fresh and clean when you walk in the lobby. The interior design was done very nice. The room was a good size and comfortable. The location is near many restaurants and bars.
Disliked: The soap and all hygiene products were very strong scented and masculine.

just in for a night...an...

Liked: The accommodations were great. At first the toilet needed to be adjusted so that it flushed properly...not a problem. Tried to call the front desk but as soon as they answered they transmission of sound from room to front desk failed. Front desk was notified and will resolve this.
Disliked: At elevator exit, there's a menu for the restaurant. We tried to go in but the doors were locked.Turns out, the door into the restaurant is on the opposite side of the building...so why would you put the menu for a restaurant outside doors without access to the restaurant instead of just telling guests where the restaurant is? Made no sense at all. Valets take a long tine to bring cars around.
