Liked: This stay has been less than favourable. It is safe to say we will not be returning as guests. We have had many problems and concerns since we arrived on the 16th. The first room had a sewage odor, we had to be moved to another room. The shower door in our current room is a complete safety hazard. The shower also leaks water onto the floor which is another safety hazard. The plumbing is less than ideal, we had to reach out for an engineer who took three hours to arrive. There is also water damage in the ceiling. Someone walked into our room last night. This was a random entrance of someone we did not know, definitely was alarming. The noise has been terrible the entire stay. Late at night and all night we have heard yelling, fussing, banging on walls, it has overall been a terrible stay at this hotel. Please refund/credit all or some amount of this stay. We are completely dissatisfied with the stay and have never received this Level of service at a Hilton Property.

Disliked: I was totally dependent on the hotel for service. No fridge, no microwave, unable to use coffee pot without being shown how to use it! No instructions in the room. Doors TOO heavy! Could not access room without help!!

Exceptional

Liked: How it was close to the stadium and restaurants. Staff was nice, and the rooms were clean, and we were across from a hydration station with crushed ice and fresh water.

Our stay was great!!!

Liked: The property is in a great location!! The staff was amazingly helpful, welcoming and very friendly and informative. Maxwell, one of the valet’s, was a HUGE help while we were there.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the extra hidden fees for parking but all in all it was still worth it
