Disliked: I didn’t like that the first night we arrive, we checked in pretty late which was due to traffic. Upon getting to the room to lay down, when we pulled back the covers it had black streaks on the covers. We were too tired and house keeping was gone for the day of course. So we just laid on top of all the covers and called front desk the next morning. They did change the sheets. We were informed that we would get a night a valley parking for free as a courtesy of Canopy for my Fiancé birthday but that was not honored in any way. Valley says call before 30 mins of needing vehicle but they actually take about 45 to bring you your car. None the less, we will not be coming back to this hotel when we revisit New Orleans and will be sure to let our peers know about the experience.
