The Staff and the room...
Liked: Everywhere we wanted to go was very close to the Hotel. My sons and I liked the fact that it was walking distance to US BANK STADIUM with no worry of finding a parking spot to attend a Vikings Game. Also when we arrived in Minneapolis the Hotel was very easy to find.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Liked: Room was unique and very clean. Great view of US bank Stadium. Perfect location for a Vikings game weekend. Staff were excellent, very friendly.
Disliked: The value of the hotel is what we expected given the quality and location of the hotel. We were not looking for the cheapest stay. You get what you pay for and we paid for it.

If I’m ever back in...
Liked: The property is incredible. From location to food to the high ceilings in the rooms themselves. I was so impressed that I will be looking up other Canopy by Hilton locations.
Disliked: The staff didn’t seem to have any clue what was going on. The check in man mentioned a $50 build in credit but didn’t state it did not roll over. The restaurant hostess/manager told us they were no longer serving food but when the waiter came over we were able to order. No one was on the same page but everything else truly did outweigh the miscommunications.
