Liked: This hotel was extremely clean, and the staff matched with friendliness! On site bar and restaurant were fantastic! The location is absolute perfection to everywhere you want to go without having to drive! This will be our stay every time we visit Memphis!

Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance to Beale Street and FedEx forum
Disliked: Room was dirty and very disappointing. The shower was molded and stained, old urine on the floors like it was not mopped before we came and carpet was stained, walls were dirty. $ 1000 in a room for a basic hotel and hotel experience is insane and this definitely was not worth the money. Housekeeping did not come to our room all weekend and it was a struggle to get towels. Overall, horrible. I would not come back. Fire Alarm went off , no fire. Even if it was a drill( which we were not told) , it would’ve been nice to be informed at 8am instead of us having panicking trying to figure out what’s going on or if we need to leave.

Liked: Location was good. Decor was nice. Nice to have a coffee shop on premises.
Disliked: Elevators were broken when we arrived. We did not get any advance notice that would have allowed us to get a different hotel. We ended up on the 4th floor. Very inconvenient for my 78-year-old mother to climb stairs every day. Elevators remained out of service our whole trip and there was no communication on when they would be repaired.
