Liked: Perfect for Santiago Bernabéu visit! 3 Min walk
Disliked: Breakfast not worth the money. The food always ran out and it took a long time to refill. There were also no milk alternatives for coffee.

Only stay for Real otherwise...

Liked: Excellent location for Real Madrid
Disliked: The property didn’t have an international adapter to charge my phone It was an emergency as we had all our flight information on . Front desk were awful . Manyana manyana . They wouldn’t go and get one from a shop that was close but too difficult to explain to me due to health reasons . They didn’t check they kept a supply . The assistant manager was awful with a can’t do attitude not how do I help . The problem was solved by an excellent junior member of staff who charged my phone with his charger .
