Great hotel in the centre...

Liked: Great modern hotel in the very centre of the city. Tube is 2 mins away, Tower of Lundon is 5 mins by foot. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was also really nice with good variety of choices.

Liked: I really loved the staff that greeted us on the day, they were kind and polite. The aesthetics in the room were wonderful and the bathroom was so clean and spotless! I can’t wait to stay again.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been more extensive.

Excellent and good value for...

Liked: Good location to restaurants and train station. We spent only a night to celebrate my wife’s birthday and wished we were there longer. We got upgraded from a queens room to a kings room which was so beautiful and got some goodies in the room (cake, chocolates) with a complimentary drink at the bar which was lovely. Devika wrote us a nice card and put up some decorations which we really appreciated. Def worth the money and the staff at the reception were also polite and cheerful.
