Liked: Lovely hotel close to Liverpool Street station. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Only downside was we were on floor 10 and could hear the loud music from the rooftop bar

Liked: The room was very spacious and decorated nicely. We got upgraded on arrival, which was very kind. The breakfast was great, atharva and Luca provided great customer service and Atharva went out of his way to make sure my friends birthday was great with pancakes, which was greatly appreciated. The customer service was overall amazing, from the desk, to all the staff in the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: It was smelling sewage in the hallway, on the 10 th floor, the 3 nights of our stay. The smell was coming also into our room. Another problem, not related to the smell, the fan of the ventilation in the bathroom made far to much noise.A pity, because it is a beautiful hotel.
