Disliked: Parking had to pay addional fee to exit because we didn’t validate ticket prior to leaving so we paid for daily rate with hotel and then each day you are there you have to get it validated , which is easy to forget especially when trying to get ready for a wedding.The front staff had one employee that was not helpful at all and we seemed like an inconvenience to her. Out shower soap was empty upon arrival so her just used the hand soap in the shower figuring that when room was cleaned later the shower soap would be checked and replenished , this was not the case and we had to use hand soap for both days we stayed there. He called down to desk but they said they were to busy and short staffed so we would need to do to lobby to get blankets and soap if we needed them … well we didn’t feel like putting normal clothes back on and taking elevator down to get blanket and soap .

Disliked: Parking, but what do you expect being downtown grand rapids.

Liked: As a frequent traveler I want to say that Nayah at the front desk did an exceptional job. She was extremely courteous and very pleasant. We were very pleased with her and how she went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: NA

Loved the hotel and the...

Liked: The hotel was clean and beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic - just a block from the arena where we saw a concert.
Disliked: There was nothing I had a problem with. Things were expensive, but worth it for the convenience of a short walk to and from the event we were attending. The bed wasn’t the best hotel bed I’ve been in but wasn’t bad.
