Liked: Very friendly staff and extremely comfortable beds.

Nice and comfy hotel, but...

Liked: Location was convenient and room with terrace was really nice. Bed was one of the best we've come across on vacations. Valet parking worked nicely. Breakfast was good, the quality varied from morning to morning, so I can't say it was excellent.
Disliked: Reception needs a motivation booster, or an acting class where they learn to make it at least look like they're interested in the guests coming through the door. Can't say anything about the Freeride's (downstairs restaurant) dinner because we waited 15 min for staff to arrive one evening, but no one in reception, restaurant, nowhere.. And last but not least, we checked out 12 days ago and I'm still waiting for the receipt that was supposed to be sent by email. Have contacted the hotel via Booking.com and their sales email, dead silence, not impressed.

Friendly and Confortable

Liked: Stacey is the first staff member to welcome you as you enter and you can’t miss him. He is truly a gem and a blessing when you have the chance to interact with him. He is who I never forget when I stay at the Canopy.

Top notch hotel and staff!

Liked: Jay the bar manager in this place took us n a gastronomic journey we didn’t expect but were absolutely delighted by! We won’t forget his hospitality, knowledge and good humour in a hurry.

Disliked: There was rarely anyone at the front desk!
