One of my favorite hotels...
Liked: Wonderful! Comfortable beds, rooms were well done and laid out nicely. Shower was perfect with great water pressure. Definitely visiting again!
Disliked: Elevator process was different. Not bad, but a new experience. The shower door was rusted a bit and kind of popped in and out. They would be better to use sliders.

Always good but never great.
Liked: Location / Valet was prompt and professional / Breakfast
Disliked: No water bottle filling stations outside of rooms, no air movement in the rooms felt very stagnant. Very highly priced vs value. Do NOT use the “ charcoal” provided soap unless you like smelling like you roll around in a campfire.

Disliked: They had hidden fees that were not disclosed before arriving such as $100 per day security deposit that ended up eating into my funds for my trip. We were promised extra sheets to be brought to us after we checked in that never arrived, TP wasn't delivered until we went down and asked the day shift, i wanted to make sure my rewards account could be added to my stay when I checked in and night shift had expressed they were unable to do that until I brought it to the attention of the day shift workers. The complimentary coffee they had in the lobby never seemed to have enough cups or coffee for the building as there was only 1 canister for all 12 floors

Not helpful
Liked: The water filling station was nice, the updated elevators, the restaurant.
Disliked: The lamps did not work. We needed more towels and I called the front desk and was told ”sorry, I’m the only person up here.” Then I sent a text about the towels to Maxine who told me to text if I need anything. The response, notes good night. Not helpful…
