Disliked: They had hidden fees that were not disclosed before arriving such as $100 per day security deposit that ended up eating into my funds for my trip. We were promised extra sheets to be brought to us after we checked in that never arrived, TP wasn't delivered until we went down and asked the day shift, i wanted to make sure my rewards account could be added to my stay when I checked in and night shift had expressed they were unable to do that until I brought it to the attention of the day shift workers. The complimentary coffee they had in the lobby never seemed to have enough cups or coffee for the building as there was only 1 canister for all 12 floors

Not helpful
Liked: The water filling station was nice, the updated elevators, the restaurant.
Disliked: The lamps did not work. We needed more towels and I called the front desk and was told ”sorry, I’m the only person up here.” Then I sent a text about the towels to Maxine who told me to text if I need anything. The response, notes good night. Not helpful…

Great stay. I would definitely...
Liked: Immediately walking into the lobby i was in awe, the lobby was clean and the decor was modern, very beautiful! Check in was quick and easy, staff was very helpful. The rooftop restaurant was BREATHTAKING. The bar, the tall ceilings were so nice. The bartender made the best Lemon drop. The room was so nice. The shower was the best shower I’ve ever taken in a hotel! We came for a concert and the walk was about 6 mins to the nationwide arena.
Disliked: My only complaint is that when we finally got back to our room we pulled the sheets back and noticed there was dried blood on the sheets. I spoke to the front desk and they explained no housekeeping was there at that time so we had to change the sheet out self which i felt was unacceptable. Once in bed we also discovered our tv was not working. Front desk agreed to move our room. Although annoying both issues were resolved seamlessly and quick

Liked: Adorably decorated and up to date. Complimentary champagne upon arrival was nice!
Disliked: The cleanliness in our room wasn’t very good. The floors were sticky, there was a huge glob of hair in the shower… there was dust everywhere and it just didn’t feel clean.

Overall - we really enjoyed...
Liked: The location - decor and comfort of the hotel are perfect. This is our 2nd stay at the hotel and really love it here.
Disliked: Lack of wait service - No service at the outdoor front fireplace area. No wait staff on 12th Floor after we got back from our show. Had to go to the bar to order - and only 3 people working with a crowed restaurant.
