Great stay in a classy...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. I loved the wallpaper and colour palette within the room I booked. It had everything I needed from a mini fridge drawer, a clean and large bathroom (the rain shower head was a great bonus), a comfortable bed and decent size desk. The hotel was also located near a metro station which made travelling to various places easier. It took around 15 minutes to commute to the major downtown spots.Initially, the front desk asked me to pay for my stay which I remember already paying for before my stay. However, after I have shown them the receipt, the staff was really apologetic and was able to rectify the charges quickly on my credit card which was appreciated.

300 bucks and no ac!

Liked: Cute and stylish and right by the Willis tower!
Disliked: I loved the hotel but our air conditioning was broken the entire time and they never sent anyone to fix it. Then they said they would give us 10k Hilton points to make up for it. I had to call back multiple times to make this happen and it only ended up being 500 points which translates to a few bucks.

Meh experience

Liked: Room is spacious. Location is good - close to subway stations and restaurants
Disliked: Parking is very confusing - they double charged my parking. Just pay at the parking station don’t go thru the hotel. And the front desk takes forever to send things to our room - please consider other hotels in the area, plenty of options
