Chicago is a lovely city...

Liked: The location was perfect for walking to all the sights. The neighborhood was clean and safe. There were plenty of very nice coffee shops and restaurants to choose from that were very close by.

Liked: Great location in Chicago loop, close to Union Station and L Train for access by public transport. Spotless room with soundproofed windows, and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Made for 10/10 stay.

Beautiful exteriors...

Liked: Staff was gracious and kind. Beautiful lobby and bar. Great central location.
Disliked: View was of 17 air conditioners, 2nd floor. Room extremely dark. Room was vibrating and shaking due to either trains going by or the operation of said 17 airconditioners. Terrible value... stayed at club quarters hotel down the street for a fraction of the price and enjoyed it twice as much as canopy by hilton. Grossly overpriced due to the hilton name.

Liked: Super nice hotel!! I really enjoyed our stay, the room was so comfortable and spacious. The hotel was also conveniently located by the United Center which was great. Both my partner and I agreed we would stay here again!
Disliked: Nothing it was great!
