I loved everything about the hotel. The room was amazing. All staff members were friendly, polite, and professional. And the food was amazing. Staying at this hotel should definitely be a part of your Baltimore, MD plans.

Liked: The place was good, rooms were smaller than is depicted by photos
Disliked: Staff communication sometimes came across as rude. I asked for an early breakfast and a specific reservation slot together with my reservation, booking.com correlated with the property to confirm if the accommodations were going to be possible. I got an email confirming the accomodation for the reservation slot (which when I think about, was not an accommodation request but a regular part of the booking process) and conveniently did not respond to my request for an early breakfast. When I asked the following morning about this, they simply said it was a miscommunication from booking.com and did not even address that booking.com had sent both requests to them and they ignored one. The staff was quite rude and passive as well. Anyways, maybe it’s just me
