I loved everything about the hotel. The room was amazing. All staff members were friendly, polite, and professional. And the food was amazing. Staying at this hotel should definitely be a part of your Baltimore, MD plans.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to report.

I enjoyed the hotel, but...
Liked: The property is beautiful. The hotel is clean and funky!
Disliked: The hotel had an issue( out of their control) for charging at the bar. I feel like there should have been an alternative to charging and should have kept the restaurant open. Additionally, the woman handling the situation from the bar was extremely rude.Front desk help were excellent.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing...
Liked: WOW...what a great hotel and a fantastic location. A short five minute walk to the inner harbor with all the excitement it has to offer.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything I did not like.

Good location, helpful staff, try...
Liked: The obvious draw of this hotel is the location, which is wonderful. Also, we didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like a great menu. The TV worked well (easy to login to Netflix). The mattresses were very comfortable and Nespresso in the room was easy and perfect.
Disliked: The room was very expensive for what it was (we stayed during the Fells Point Fun Fest, so I think the price was nearly double the regular rate). The sliding barn doors separating the bathroom and the toilet/shower area are a drag, especially with the hardwood floors. Sound travels, and a little privacy when using the bathroom or showering is welcome. The digital key did not work. Parking was $50/night (more than other places in the neighborhood)

Great potential but needs better...
Liked: location is nice for walking to local areas. their restaurant was good overall for the easy access and portions along with great river views. the rooms are good size and the option to have filtered water by the ice machines saved on buying water.
Disliked: 2nd time at this location- first time was really great overall. Only 1 issue with no housekeeping service and had to ask twice for it. This time was awful from the start- the moment the staff started interacting it was just obvious it was not going to be a good stay. While the location and views are great, I would think twice before staying again until they step up their customer service. Plenty of other options in Baltimore to stay at for the same or less cost.
