my stay was okay.

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I was unable to use the TV because there was a remote control missing from the room. Maintenace brought a replacement remove as soon as I asked. I could not figure out the shower which was probably a personal problem but was annoying nevertheless. I had stopped and asked a gentleman working in the restaurant what time breakfast started since I had an early morning flight. He indicated 5am. I sent down at 5:30 to catch a 6am Uber and they were just putting out the coffee. There was no breakfast. With the amount of money my company paid for the room I should have at least gotten a bagel.

Disliked: Rude staff, did not accommodate extras in booking. Giving customers the run around. Small rooms that are overpriced.

Disliked: The staffs. I don’t like how ppl are forced to pay for valet parking. If you park anywhere else you can get towed. And I didn’t like that! It should be a place to park if you decide you don’t want valet parking.

Liked: Location was close to the venue we were visiting. Room was very welll-kept.
Disliked: There was a bit of miscommunication on our late check out, but it got resolved pretty easily. Still having housekeeping being confused wasn't the best.
