Never again.

Liked: Did not have our correct reservation. Told us they HAD to change our 2 bedroom room to a one bedroom. And that we could take it or leave it. Offered a 10% discount, AFTER I HAD TO ASK WHAT THEY WOULD DO ABOUT IT. and it Never happened, no discount, no follow up. Checkin and checkout front desk people were very nice but there was NEVER A MANAGER ON SITE to handle this situation. Said they could give us a cot. Then scoffed when I said yes to them ASKING ME IF THEY WOULD LIKE THEM TO SET IT UP. Went up to room and the housekeeping lady was still cleaning the room. So we stood outside.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and make sure we had everything we needed.

Liked: Everything, especially the kitchenette
Disliked: Bathtub drain did not hold water. Could not find any dishwasher detergent, but no big deal. USB plug in was hard to find and was loose. It worked sometimes and not others

Disliked: While the room was nice and clean. It was not the room that I reserved. I was traveling with my elderly mother and booked a double queen room. I checked in and everything thing said double queen room. I get to the room and it's a queen room with a pull out couch. I let the front desk know they told me that they don't have any double queen rooms but there's a pull out couch. I'm not paying to sleep in a couch and I'm not making my mother either.

Loud and hairy

Liked: I like that I wasn't bothered.
Disliked: Other customers screaming and running around at 11pm-2am. the shower was covered in someone else's hair.
