Very Disappointing

Liked: The front desk person was courteous
Disliked: The elevator was broken and we were supposed to stay on the 4th floor. They switched our room to the 1st floor, but the heat wasn't working. So they switched us to another room and half of the kitchen area counter was missing. Also the heat wasn't working properly in that room either. In the morning, there was no hot water for a shower. Not sure what is happening there because the potential is good, but it just didn't seem well managed.

Liked: The staff was absolutely friendly and Helpful. Room was clean and amenities were good.
Disliked: House keeping was already in the room before the check out time.

Good but not great

Liked: Room appeared nice and clean. Location was close to the event I was going to.
Disliked: Electrical outlet in the bathroom was corroded. Floor lamp only had one prong on the plug therefore unusable. Kitchenette was well stocked except for forks. When we asked front desk for the forks we were told they were unable to help us. We could also hear everyone in the rooms around and above us.

Disliked: My Tv had no signal so I couldn’t watch it

Liked: The lobby was under construction but the room was completed. Very nice room.
