Liked: This is the second time I have problems with your third party vendor. Once they charges me twice and recently I marked down to pay at the property and they still charged me. Due to the fact that the hotel was turned apart and under construction I did not stay there and reported the charges not to be paid by my American Express.
Disliked: Nasty place it was not fit to stay, under construction. Piss poor. I will never stay at a Candlewood Hotel as long as I live. The guy at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. He needs to be fired or retrained in customer service

Liked: Love the new look of the hotel and rooms
Disliked: I stayed two nights and they take a deposit but 2 weeks later it was not returned. Then they say it's your bank not us. My bank didn't take the deposit you did. So now I look like I'm out of my money. Not good business.

Liked: I just loved the friendliness of Miss Christina and Mr. Agustín. They made the whole trip!!!
Disliked: the toilet seat in the new room was an old, scratched up, pee stained one..

Disliked: The hotel was dirty. The cleaning staff barely cleaned my husband’s room and when I showed up I found slime and mold growing in his toilet. Dresser drawers were broken. The dishwasher and microwave didn’t work.

Disliked: Listing said they serve breakfast. There was no breakfast. Also, they were doing construction and parking was terrible.
