Liked: The phone did not work. There were blood stains on the comforter. Carpet was wet.

Liked: Room appeared to have been renovated and was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was a plus and even had a full sized refridgerator and dishwasher.

Disliked: The toilet didn’t flush. The door didn’t lock properly had to move the refrigerator stayed a little opened. Thank goodness my husband went with us or I would’ve not slept in all night.

Liked: This is the second time I have problems with your third party vendor. Once they charges me twice and recently I marked down to pay at the property and they still charged me. Due to the fact that the hotel was turned apart and under construction I did not stay there and reported the charges not to be paid by my American Express.
Disliked: Nasty place it was not fit to stay, under construction. Piss poor. I will never stay at a Candlewood Hotel as long as I live. The guy at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. He needs to be fired or retrained in customer service

Liked: Love the new look of the hotel and rooms
Disliked: I stayed two nights and they take a deposit but 2 weeks later it was not returned. Then they say it's your bank not us. My bank didn't take the deposit you did. So now I look like I'm out of my money. Not good business.
