Liked: Property is clean and conveniently located by grocery store and gas stations and I10 not far away. A quiet area.
Disliked: The Facilities were a little tired. The hallway door had a big gap by the latch, the air handling unit was noisy, the wireless had trouble connecting, the toilet seat was loose.

Excellent facility with outstanding customer...

Liked: Stayed overnight to attend a concert at the Rialto. We arrived almost an hour early but our room was ready. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They informed us there was no continental breakfast but they have an agreement with Jerry Bobs across the street which provides a discount if you mention staying at the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the kitchenette is a great deal if you need one, and they also have other kitchen items in a cupboard down from the front desk such as blenders, etc for your convenience. There is a Bashas (Arizona grocery store) across the street where you can shop for longer stays plus Candlewood had a small store of items reasonably priced for quick needs. We would definitely choose them again when in town.
