Disliked: No arrangement to get taxi services. Also I asked for wake up call in the early morning. No body called.

Horrible to the millionth degree!...

Liked: Nothing!!! 10/12/24 I reserved this dog friendly room for my twins as we live two hours away from Upstate Medical. I found out I was having emergency surgery and they needed room to stay. They had dog with them at check in but never charged fee until check out. What really infuriated me was fact that the clerk refused to check my twins in. They had a copy of reservation with them on their phone and my debit card!!! Why in world would this clerk be so rude to them. I called from my hospital bed and he finally let them in! He needs to be fired in my opinion.
Disliked: The registration clerk! He is the first impression of the whole place and was rude and obnoxious!
