Liked: Loved the fantastic customer service! We also liked that we had a small kitchen area with a good-sized fridge. Super comfortable bed and pillows. That reclining chair was great, too! Awesome restroom. Location was great too!
Disliked: Wish the knives were a tad bit shaper to make it easy to cut food. The side table by the recliner was sticky, so we cleaned that up.

Over all nice hotel.

Liked: We enjoyed having a kitchen in the room and everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Even though hotel is close to the freeway it seemed quiet. There is a Starbucks right next door.
Disliked: They nickel and dime you for anything extra. For example if you need toothpaste, they will charge you for that while most hotels are free. Also there’s no pool or hot tub. Also no complimentary breakfast.

A little too expensive for...

Liked: Location was great for the purpose of our travel. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff was not readily available. Had to pick up extra towels from the front desk.

Liked: No breakfast was provided.
Disliked: The back of the toilet was not well- secured so every time I stood up, the toilet slammed down on the floor. The sharp knife in the kitchen was too dull to cut anything. Lotion would have been nice as a provided toiletry.
